It’s a perfect equation of beautiful location, amazing people, our natural desire to eat honest food over live fires while drinking amazing wines, ice-cold brews, and crisp ciders all in the most celebrated wine valleys in the world.”

The fifth annual gathering (from the Founder of Primal), the event highlights whole wood-fired animal cooking and butchering around open fires. Family-owned wineries, artisan foods, and craft beers round out the experience, and trust us, you will not go hungry at this event.

Heritage Fire combines our local and national chef community with a focus on tradition, heritage and outdoor cooking techniques. In 2013, we are excited to be going back to one of our favorite venues ever to host Heritage Fire. There will be numerous causes and charities for the event including Napa Valley Fire Explorers, St. Helenas Farmer Market and The American Institute of Wine & Food.
